Fresh fruit is generally very good for us and so is yogurt. I made the most easy Fruity Yogurt yesterday that you can make this at home too. Just add any kind of fruits you have in your fridge and mix with the yogurt and serve.
Here is the recipe
1 cup (200-250g) Natural yogurt with 1-2 tsp lemon juice, or some orange juice or use flavored yogurt if you prefer.
Chop fruits ~ Kiwi, Mango & Strawberry into cubes
Simply layer fresh fruits and yogurt in a pretty glass
Add more mixed fruits on top and serve.
You can top with some nuts and melted chocolate if you like.
Made two glasses Fruity Yogurt ~~

ReplyDeleteI prefer eating fruit plain or with plain yogurt like this. When you start adding too many things to it, I feel it loses its healthy attributes. :)
