Hi Natalie,

Cornstarch will not stay mixed with water indefinitely.
I usually used cornstarch as thickening sauce in my cooking.

that s a wonderful product. I ve never tried since usually when a recipe calls for agar I substitute with cornstarch although it s not the same.

是用9寸活动的烤盘。8寸的也没问题~~~cheesecake可以高一点。:)

还有,你的green tea cheesecake来很好吃,用什么size的烤盘呢?8寸吗?
