Easy Red Bean Jelly 简易红豆糕

Serves: 20 pieces
  • 400g Red bean paste
  • 500ml Water
  • 2 tsp Agar agar powder
  1. Mix water and agar agar powder in a pot. Bring to bring at medium heat for one minutes, stirring with a hand whisk constantly.
  2. Remove pot from heat and add red bean paste and mix well till smooth.
  3. Pour into desire mould and cool in the refrigerator until firm.
