Combine orange juice, lime juice,cinnamon powder and honey together, stir well and set aside.
With a sharp knife, remove rind and white pith from oranges. Cut orange into 6 slices and arrange on plate. Drop few fresh blackberries on top. Spoon syrup over the orange slices and chill for an hour before serving.
