Sift flour, baking powder and cocoa powder together.
Whisk sugar and eggs together for a while. Stir in yoghurt, oil and vanilla extract. Pour in the sifted dry ingredients and mix well. Stir in half of cashews.
Pour the batter in a 20 cm square baking tray lined with baking paper. Arrange the remaining cashews on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees C for 20 minutes. Serve.
Notes
Soak the raw cashew nuts in hot water for a minute. Drain and put them in a preheated oven and bake at 180C for about 7 minutes.
