French Beans with Pine Nuts and Walnuts

- 2 tsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Shallot, sliced
- 1 tsp Garlic, chopped
- 300g French beans
- 8-10 Cherry tomatoes (red/orange), wth seeds removed and sliced
- 20g Walnuts, toasted
- 20g Pine nuts, toasted
- Rinse French beans and cut it to 3 sections. Blanch French beans into boiling water with a pinch of salt for 2-3 minutes, dish up and drain well.
- In a preheated pan, saute the shall0t and garlic in the olive oil till they become fragrant, off heat.
- Add the French beans and sliced tomatoes, toss them well.
- Add salt and pepper to taste. Lastly add in the toasted pine nuts and walnut and serve.
