Easy Apple Tarts 简易苹果派

Ingredients
  • 5 pieces Frozen puff pastry, thawed in chiller
  • some plain flour
  • 1 Green apple, cored and cut into 4mm thick slices
  • 1 Red apple, cored and cut into 4mm thick slices
  • ¼ tsp Cinnamon powder
  • 1 tbsp Coarse sugar
  • 10g California raisins
Instructions
  1. Cut frozen puff pastry to require size and place on baking sheet.
  2. Prick holes in pastry with a fork. Dust some flour on the pastry if you find them sticky.
  3. Overlap apple slices neatly on top of the puff pastry.
  4. Sprinkle a little cinnamon powder, coarse sugar and raisins over the apples.
  5. Preheat oven at 200 degrees C f and bake for about 20 minutes or until the pastry turns golden and inflates.
