Easy Apple Tarts 简易苹果派

- 5 pieces Frozen puff pastry, thawed in chiller
- some plain flour
- 1 Green apple, cored and cut into 4mm thick slices
- 1 Red apple, cored and cut into 4mm thick slices
- ¼ tsp Cinnamon powder
- 1 tbsp Coarse sugar
- 10g California raisins

- Cut frozen puff pastry to require size and place on baking sheet.
- Prick holes in pastry with a fork. Dust some flour on the pastry if you find them sticky.
- Overlap apple slices neatly on top of the puff pastry.
- Sprinkle a little cinnamon powder, coarse sugar and raisins over the apples.
- Preheat oven at 200 degrees C f and bake for about 20 minutes or until the pastry turns golden and inflates.
