Honey Green Tea Jelly

Ingredients
  • 800g Water
  • 65g Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 3g Green Tea powder (used matcha powder from SL)
  • 20g Gelatine powder soak with 3 tbsp water for 2 minutes
  • ½ tsp Agar agar powder
Instructions
  1. Soak gelatine powder with 3 tbsp water, set aside.
  2. Mix matcha powder with 2 tbsp hot water, set aside.
  3. Measure 800g water in a small pot and add honey, stir well with a whisk.
  4. Pour in sugar and agar agar powder, stir to boil untill sugar dissolved at medium heat.
  5. Add soaked gelatine, stir well with a hand whisk and lastly add the matcha mixture into it, stir liquid to boil again.
  6. Strain the liquid through a fine sieve directly into 8 inch square pan or serving cups.
  7. Leave to cool down completely and chill in refrigerator for 2-3 hours before serve.
