  • about 300g cabbage
  • 1 stick carrot
  • 1 red apple
  • lemon juice
  • red/yellow kiwifruit
  • grapes
  • lemon juice to taste
  • mayonnaise to taste
  • coriander leaves
  1. Chop fruits into pieces and shred cabbage and carrot finely.
  2. Toss well with chopped coriander leaves and 1 - 3 tablespoons of lemon juice.
  3. Add mayonnaise to taste, mix well to combine and serve immediately.
