Chrysanthemum Tofu Soup

    1. 1 tube silken tofu 圆装豆腐一包
    2. Cut the tofu into two and slice off the sides. 将豆腐切成拌,两边切平。
    3. Place tofu on to a scraper and in between a pair of chopsticks. So you’ll not cut the tofu through the end. 将豆腐摆在塑料刮板上,用筷子轻轻的夹住豆腐,这样豆腐就不会被切断了。
    4. Gently cut the tofu in thin slices. 轻轻的把豆腐切成薄片。
    5. And cut into thin strips. 然后切成细条状。
    6. Then gently slide the tofu down into a serving bowl. 慢慢的把豆腐推到碗中。
    7. Pour hot soup into it. You can make any clear soup you like. 倒入热汤。随意煮你自己喜欢的清汤。
    8. Use a pair of chopsticks and gently spread out the tofu strips and it is done. 然后用筷子轻轻把豆腐条剥开就可以了。
