Fried Prawns with Lemon Grass and Garlic
Well blended with lemon grass flavour and they were slightly spicy and with a bit of crispy garlic. A wonderful dish to add on to the dining table

    Ingredients
    Seasoning (mix well)
    Instructions
    1. Coat prawns with some cornstarch and shallow fry until golden brown. Dish up and set aside.
    2. Add some oil in heated pan. Add garlic, lemon grass and chillies in pan and fry till aroma. Pour in seasoning and bring to boil. Add prawns and stir fry until well mixed and sauce almost dries up. Dish up and serve immediately.
