These pineapple walnut brownies are chocolately, fudgy and are a great treat for anytime.

Ingredients
280gchocolate - Valrhona 66%
110gmelted butter
1tbspvalrhona cocoa powder - sifted
80gbrown sugar
2large eggs - lightly beaten
1tspvanilla extract
70gcake flour or plain flour - sifted
5canned pineapple slices - drained and diced
80-100gwalnuts - chopped
35gchocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180 deg C. Grease and line a 8 inch square pan with parchment paper.
Melt chocolate, butter and cocoa powder over low heat till chocolate melted (do not boil the chocolate) and stir in brown sugar and stir well again and remove from heat and allow to cool slightly. **If melted chocolate is too hot, remove from heat before stirring in brown sugar.
Gently fold in flour to just combined and do not over beat. Add in beaten eggs and vanilla extract, stir well.. Spread chocolate batter into prepared pan.
Sprinkle with pineapples over the top, followed by walnuts and chocolate chips.
Bake in oven for about 30 minutes. After cooling, chill the brownies for at least an hour for easy cutting.
