Preheat oven to 165 deg C. Grease a 7 inch bundt pan or line a 7 inch round cake pan. Dust with flour; tap out excess. (Better to change to a smaller cake pan, as my 8 inch cake pan is a little too big for this cake)
Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon powder and salt together into a bowl. Add lemon zest and mix well. Set aside.
Whisk eggs and sugar on high speed until pale and thick.
In a cup, combine honey, milk, oil and zest together, Mix well and slowly add into egg mixture at low speed until combined.
Add in flour mixture in few batches, mix until smooth, Pour batter into pan.
Bake until dark brown for about 40-45 minutes or a cake tester inserted in the center comes out clean..
Let cool in pan for about 10 minutes. Then remove cake and cool on wire rack.
