A delicious and comfortable homey dish, full of flavour and nutrition using miso paste. Great to serve this yummy dish with hot rice.

Ingredients
700gdrumsticks (4 pcs)or half chicken
450gpotatopeel potato skins and cut small chunks
1largeonionshredded
6stalksspring onion
300mlwater
Seasoning
1/2tspchicken powder
1/2tspsalt
1tspsugar
2tspcornstarch
1tspsesame oil
1tsplight soy sauce
1tbspdark soy sauce
1/2tbspoyster sauce
2tbspmiso paste
dash of pepper
Instructions
Chop chicken meat to pieces and marinate with seasoning and place inside the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Place shredded onion, spring onion into the rice cooker followed by potatoes and chicken pieces. Then pour in 300ml water.
Cover and press start to cook for about 20 minutes. Stir the chicken pieces and potatoes thoroughly and continue cooking for another 15-20 minutes till potatoes become tender (add a little more water if you find the sauce is too thick or salty). Serve immediately with hot rice.
