Creme Brulee

 

Creme Brulee is a classic French dessert consisting of a custard topped with caramelized sugar. Creme brulee means ‘burnt cream’ in French, as the caramelized sugar on top of the custard is characteristic of creme brulee. Besides chocolate, this dessert is also great to serve as Valentine’s sweet treat♥

Ingredients:

      1 large Egg
3 Egg yolks
40g Caster sugar
120g Fresh milk
250g Whipping cream
1 Vanilla pod or vanilla extract
