The weather was so hot yesterday that I wasn’t in the mood to do anything at home except making individual pizza using some leftovers with wholemeal wraps. This pizza is so easy to make and you can add in any of your favourite toppings. Not only are they delicious they  also save time and money. Just pop the pizza into the hot oven for only 15 minutes and you’re done. You can also let your kids to have some fun and create their their own pizza to satisfy their cravings.

Ingredients
  • 4 pcs Wholemeal Wrap or Tortilla wrap
  • 4 pcs Ham
  • 1 small can Tomato paste (any brand)
  • some cherry tomatoes, black olives, mozzarella cheese
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees C.
  2. Slice ham and tomatoes to small pieces.
  3. Spread some tomato paste on wraps and scatter with mozerella cheese. Add ham, tomato and black olive evenly on top and lastly scatter with more mozzarella cheese on top.
  4. Bake for 15 mins or until the base is crisp and the cheese melted.
  5. You may also add some basil leaves or other herbs on the cooked pizza if you like.

15分钟简易披萨

材料:

做法:

  1. 预热烤箱至摄氏200度。
  2. 火腿及小番茄切小。
  3. 番茄酱抹在玉米饼上,撒上莫扎里拉奶酪,火腿, 小番茄及黑橄榄; 再撒上适量的莫扎里拉奶酪。
  4. 送进烤箱烤15分钟或饼底有点脆脆的及莫扎里拉奶酪融化即可享用。
  5. 喜欢的话也可以加上少许紫苏叶或其他香料增加口感。
