Ingredients:
500g Pork Ribs (cut into pieces and blanched)
4 large Carrots, cut into chunks
4 large Tomatoes, cut into quarter
2 large Corn, cut into 3 or 4 pieces
250g Kam chye (咸菜), quarter size
1 large Whole onion, peeled
2 litre Water
Method:

Put all the ingredients into a pot of 2 litre of water except Kam chye.

Bring to boil then add in the kam chye, lower fire to medium for about 30 to 40 mins.

Taste the salt level and remove the kam chye. Keep some leaves and shredded it.

Continue to boil the soup at lower fire for another hour. Discard onion and serve immediately.
