Lemongrass, Buah Keras n Dried Chilli

Lemongrass is widely used as herb in Asian cuisine. It has a citrus flavor and is commonly used in teas, soups (tom yum soup) and curries.

Buah keras (in Malay) or Candlenut are often used to thicken Malaysian and Indonesian curries.

Dried Chilli is originated in China.
