鮮奶燉蛋白

汤匙 蛋白 (约60克)用叉子稍微搅打一下,不要打至大气泡

杯 鲜奶 (145克)

汤匙 细砂糖或冰糖

汤匙 姜汁 (用老姜)
Instructions
把牛奶放进容器里放入微波加热30秒,取出拌入细糖搅至糖融化。
倒入入姜汁拌匀待凉。跟着拌入蛋白,轻轻拌匀混合物后用筛过滤到蒸碗或杯子中。如有小泡泡浮在表面,用汤匙把小泡泡舀起。
蒸锅中放入适量水,烧开。水开后把杯里的混合物放入,盖上锡纸,用中火蒸约25分钟或刚刚凝固。期间要掀开锅盖透透气,这样炖蛋表面才能保持光滑。蒸好后可温热或冷冻后才享用。
