These baked baby potatoes can be served on their own as a snack, but they are also a perfect companion as a side dish particularly for the up-coming Christmas holiday.

Ingredients
500gbaby potatoes - with skin on
10cherry tomatoes or more
sprigs of dills or rosemary
dash of sea salt or some bacon strips
1-2tbspolive oil
500克 小土豆 (不用去皮)
10粒 樱小桃番茄 (喜欢也可以多加)
2小速 莳萝或迷迭香
海盐适量或用培根切小条状
1 - 2汤匙 橄榄油
Instructions
Wash and scrub potatoes thoroughly, then parboil potatoes in a pot of water until tender but not mushy, test it with a fork - about 20-30 mins and drain.
Then toss potatoes with olive and place in baking pan together with cherry tomatoes. Sprinkle some sea salt and place dills on top.
Bake in the preheat oven at 200 deg C for about 25-30 minutes and serve.
