Ingredients
4prawns
4large eggs
1/4tsplight soy sauce
dash of pepper
some cut spring onion
Instructions
Clean prawns and deveined, dap dry with kitchen paper. Season prawns with little salt.
Brush some cooking oil in 4 cupcake liners. Break egg into each cup together with prawn. Add 1/4 tsp of light soya sauce to each with a dash of pepper and garnish off with cut spring onion. Lastly add some cooking oil on top.
Place cups inside the air fryer and bake at 160 degrees C for 10 minutes. Enjoy!
