cooked chicken breast

I used leftover roast chicken

can cream of chicken soup or cream of mushroom soup

fresh milk

onion

shredded (about 150g)

broccoli

mozarella cheese

coriander leaves

dash of black pepper

grease with butter or use cupcake liners
Instructions
Cut cooked chicken into cubes. Fry shredded onion with oil till fragrant and dish up.
In a large bowl, combine cream of chicken, milk and eggs together, whisk to combine. Then add in all the reminding ingredients, mix well.
Pour mixture into the dish (or foil paper cups). Scatter more mozarella cheese on top with a dash of black pepper.
Bake in the preheated oven 180 deg C for about 40 - 45 minutes until golden brown.
