Ingredients
240gtapioca flour (starch)
10gmatcha powder
45gcaster sugar
80gcorn oil
2eggs
80ggrated mozzarella cheese
180gfresh milk
Instructions
Grease muffin pan with oil and set aside.
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend well to fine.
Strain mixture and pour into muffin pan to 80 percent full.
hen place muffin in the preheated oven at 200 degrees C and bake for 20 minutes.
