This is a soft melts-in-your mouth sweet Milk Tea Pudding pudding. It's packed with milk tea flavor and the plus point is the caramel syrup added on top gives a rich aroma to the pudding.

8bagsEarl Grey Tea
450gwater
10ggelatin leaf
50gcaster sugar
70gfresh milk
180gdiary whipping cream
Instructions
Soak tea bags into 450g hot boiled water and let steep for about 10 minutes.
Soak gelatin leaf in ice water till soft for about 5-8 minutes.
Remove tea bags. heat up water again at medium heat, add sugar and gelatin leaf (squeeze out water), stir well till sugar and gelatin leaf dissolved, off heat.
Pour in milk and whipping cream, stir mixture well and pass through a sieve.
Pour milk tea into serving cups and chill in the refrigerator to set for at least 3 hours.
Add some caramel syrup on top of milk tea pudding before serving.
Notes
The caramel syrup is quite sweet, so add the syrup to your taste.
