some dried cranberries or chocolate chips

Instructions
Combine cake flour, baking powder and matcha powder together and set aside.
In a clean bowl, gently stir egg white and caster sugar together with a hand whisk till sugar dissolved.
Sift in icing sugar and almond meal, mix well. Sift in flour mixture and mix well again.
Lastly pour in melted butter in 3 batches, stir well thoroughly and set aside to rest matcha batter for 10 minutes.
Pour matcha batter into small muffin pan lined with cupcake liners. Then top with some dried cranberries or chocolate chips.
Baked in preheated oven (center rack) at 180 deg C for about 15-20 minutes.
