These quick and easy delicious Nori Prawn Patties are great as finger food for a party or serve as dim sum treats for your family to enjoy.

Ingredients
150gprawn paste - or use fresh prawn and blend to paste
20gfrozen mix vegetables - or chop carrot
1/2tsplight soy sauce
1/4tspsesame oil
1/2tspcornstarch
dash of pepper
nori seaweed
Instructions
Boil frozen mix vegetables for 2-3 minutes and strain well.
Place all the ingredients except nori seaweed in a bowl and mix well.
Cut nori seaweed into half with a pair of scissors. Spread the prawn paste mixture on to the nori seaweed (makes 7).
Heat non stick frying pan with some oil at low heat. Place the nori prawn patties in pan (prawn meat facing down) and fry for about 2 minutes till golden than flip over and fry for another minute.
Dish up and serve with mayo or chilli dipping sauce.
Notes
can prepare the patties a few hours ahead and chill in the refrigerator until you're ready to pan fry them
