45gdark chocolate 70%
45gbrown sugar
80gfresh milk
1/2tspvanilla extract
1largeegg
60gcake flour or plain flour
1tspbaking powder
1/2tbspcocoa powder
Instructions
Then place chocolate, brown sugar and milk in a pot and melt under double boiler, at low heat. (**bring pot of water to boil and turn to low heat) Stir mixture to smooth, off heat. Add vanilla extract and egg, stir well mixture again.
Sieve flour, baking powder and cocoa powder into chocolate mixture and mix well.
Pour chocolate batter into cupcake cases and place into steamer. Wrap lid with muslin cloth (to avoid condensation during steaming) and steam at high heat for 20 minutes.
