Ingredients
250gminced pork with fat
65gsweet mui choy - preserved vegetables
Seasoning
1/4tspchicken powder
3/4tspsugar
1/4tspsalt
1tsplight soya sauce
1tspsesame oil
1tbspcorn oil
1tbspcorn flour - corn starch
2tbspwater
1egg white
Instructions
Rinse sweet mui choy several times under running water and soak for 15 minutes. After soaking, rinse it a few times again and squeeze dry. Cut mui choy to pieces.
Combine minced pork with sesaoning and stir with a pair of chopsticks in one directions until the meat becomes sticky, about 2 minutes. Then add mui choy bits and combined well.
Place pork mixture into a shallow plate and flatten with a back of a spoon. Steam under high heat for about 8 to 10 minutes.
Garnish with some shredded chillies and best served with rice or porridge.
