Apple Brownie Cake
Moist, soft and delicious with the combination of walnuts and cinnamon. A perfect healthy treat to serve for any occasions..
Ingredients
- 125 g melted butter
- 90 g caster sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 red apples - Granny Smith apples
- 50 g walnuts - chopped
- 115 g cake flour or plain flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 170 deg C. Line a 8 inch square tray all sides up. Sift cake flour, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon powder into a bowl for later use.
- Peel apples, cored and chopped to pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine melted butter, sugar, egg and vanilla extract together with a hand whisk.
- Drop in chopped apples and walnuts and fold with a rubber spatula. Fold the flour mixture into the wet mixture until just blended.
- Spread evenly into the lined cake tray. Bake for about 30 minutes in the preheated oven, or until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Leave cake to cool, slice and dust with some icing icing sugar before serving.

- 做法简单像布兰妮但口感又像蛋糕,是一款很不错的健康的糕点
- 材料:
- 125克 融化牛油
- 90克 细砂糖
- 1个 大鸡蛋
- 1茶匙 香草香精
- 3粒 红苹果
- 50克 核桃,剁碎
- 115克 底筋或中筋面粉
- 1/2茶匙 泡打粉
- 1/2茶匙 苏打粉
- 1茶匙 肉桂粉
- 做法:
- 预热烤箱摄氏170度,将一个8寸正方形烤盘铺上油纸,备用。将面粉,泡打粉,苏打粉及肉桂粉一起过筛到碗里,备用。
- 苹果去皮,去核,切丁状。
- 在一个大碗将牛油,砂糖,鸡蛋及香精搅拌均匀。
- 放入苹果丁和核桃,用橡皮刮刀翻拌均匀。最后倒入粉类,再拌匀即可。
- 倒入烤盘里,铺平。送入预热烤箱烘约30分钟左右或竹签扎入蛋糕内部不沾糊就可以了。
- 冷却蛋糕,切片及撒上适量的糖粉即可享用。
