I cannot believe Cookie is already 12 years old , that’s today! And her birthday falls on Labour Day 1st of May! For the past eleven years I always made something for Cookie as a little treat on her special day so as this year… I baked an Orange Curd Cupcake for her to enjoy this special moment.
