Today’s post has no recipe. I bought 2 packets of Tim Tam biscuits for $5.70 from Cold Storage and with some decorating icing left in my cupboard so just have a little fun playing with biscuits and icing in the lazy afternoon.

Squeeze some white icing or any colour you like into prepared piping bag and pipe a triangle shape on the biscuits (as shown) and leave to dry.
Use basketweave tip (#48) to pipe bows (as shown) on a small parchment paper and leave them to dry. Then attached bows on the biscuits with a little icing (behind the bow).
