I first saw this “Hasselback Potatoes” ~ an easy recipe from Quinn’s blog. I would like to give a Thumbs Up for this recipe ~ crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. In fact after reading Quinn’s post, you don’t even have to write down the recipe ~anyone of you can easily make this and you’ll love it.
