Here is another quick recipe for Prata Pizza that I baked for our afternoon snack. I usually like to buy the frozen roti prata to store in the freezer and use it as and when I like, either lightly pan fry and dip into curry sauce or wrap it in roll with sausages. So, this time around, I made it into a Pizza (Indian and Western fusion) with only a few ingredients on hand. You can make this savoury Prata Pizza in a relatively short time. After baking it for about 10-12 minutes at 200 degrees C, the pizza is delicious. You can make more of this Prata Pizza and keep them in the refrigerator. Than toast them in the next morning for breakfast or grab to go. You can also have your own creations by adding tomato sauce, chicken meat, sausages, tuna or anything you fancy.

Prata Pizza
You can make this quick and delicious savoury Prata Pizza in a relatively short time for an afternoon snack or breakfast
Ingredients
- 4 pcs roti prata - frozen
- 80 g bacon
- 1 medium onion - chopped
- 1 medium size tomato - cubes
- cheddar cheese or mozzarella cheese - shredded
Instructions
- Fry onion till soft with some oil and dish up. Lightly fry the bacon without oil but not crisp, dish up onto kitchen paper to absorb excess oil. Then cut bacon to strips and set aside.
- Place roti prata on lined baking tray. Scatter some mozzarella cheese on top, followed by onion, tomato cubes and bacon strips. Lastly add more mozzarella cheese on top with a dash of pepper.
- Bake in preheated oven at 200 deg C for about 10-12 minutes and they ready to serve.

香酥饼披萨 Prata Pizza
平时喜欢煎香香酥饼沾咖喱汁或包成热狗肠卷。这次做法也很简单!印度与西合拼 – 快手快脚就是把它做成披萨!可多做一点收进冰箱,想吃的时候随时可以放入小烤箱再烤一烤。
材料:
- 4 片 香酥皮 (无需解冻)
- 80克 培根
- 1粒 洋葱 (切碎)
- 1粒 番茄 (切丁)
- 车打芝士(碎条)或莫扎里拉奶酪丝
做法:
- 用适量油将洋葱少软,盛起。接着稍微煎培根(不用煎到焦,也无须加油)。然后放在厨房纸上吸干多余的油分,切成小条状,备用。
- 将香酥皮放在烤盘上(底部铺纸)。撒上适量奶酪丝,洋葱,番茄丁和培根。再撒上奶酪丝和适量胡椒粉即可。
- 放入预热烤箱摄氏200度烤约10-12 分钟即可享用。
**可放上您自己喜欢的材料 吃出不同的口味~ 番茄酱,鸡肉,热狗肠或金枪鱼都可以。
