Red Bean Paste Tarts 红豆沙酥

red bean paste tarts

As Chinese New Year is approaching, about in 3 weeks from now, I made this Red Bean Paste Tarts for a try. Definitely going to add it to my Chinese New Year baking list from the first bite. The ingredients are very basic and are an easy recipe to follow. These tarts are fragrant and not really sweet and the dough skin is a bit crusty on the day when it was baked. Besides red bean paste, you can also opt for pineapple paste as filling too.
