Ingredients:
100g Shallots
8-10 Hard boiled eggs (mini)
6 tbsp Dark Soya Sauce
1 tbsp Sugar
2 tbsp Cooking wine
1 bag Stewed Seasoning (滷肉包)
1 can Preserved cucumber – wash and squeese dry, cut to small cubes
500-550ml Water
Method:
- Cut shallots to slices and fry with enough oil till aromatic. Add in minced pork and stir fry till minced pork separates.
- Add in dark soya sauce, sugar and cooking wine. Combine well and add in water and ‘stewed seasoning’ and hard boiled eggs. Bring to boil, then simmer over small fire for about 45 mins.
- Wash preserved cucumber, squeeze dry and cut to small cubes then add into the braised minced pork, simmer for another 10 mins.
