Tian Mian Jiang 甜面酱 (Sweetened Soybean Paste or Sweet Noodle Sauce) is a thick brown or black colored Chinese sauce made from wheat flour, sugar, salt and ground fermentation of soybeans.
You Mian 幼面 (Thin Noodle) is made from wheat flour, salt and water with no addition of eggs. It is usually cooked in Beef noodle or La Mian 拉面 (Hand Pulled Noodle) in Taiwan and Northern part of China.
