汤匙 咸鸭蛋白, 稍微打撒
胡椒粉,适量

茶匙 玉米粉

汤匙 清水
姜丝,辣椒丝和青葱粒少许
Instructions
将肉碎和腌料及适量胡椒粉混合均匀。用筷子顺着一个方向搅打至肉碎起胶约3分钟。撒入少许青葱粒和辣椒丝,再拌匀即可。
搅打好的肉碎混合物放在蒸盘中压扁,然后放上切半的咸蛋黄和姜丝。
大火隔水蒸约12-15分钟或至熟。然后用剪刀将蒸熟的咸蛋剪成粒状。再撒上少许辣椒丝和葱粒便可马上享用。
