Ingredients
60gegg whites - room temp
35gmelted butter
35gicing sugar - sifted
15gplain flour
200galmond flakes
Instructions
In a bowl, combine egg white, sugar and melted butter together till sugar dissolved. Then add flour and mix well to smooth.
Lastly add in almond flakes and gently fold well with a rubber spatula.
Pour almond mixture on a 14 x 11 tray lined with parchment paper and spread it out. Then put on a rubber hand glove and spread out almond mixture evenly.
Bake in preheated oven 160 degrees C for 10 minutes to set. Remove from oven and cut to square size with a pizza cutter.
Return tray to oven and continue to bake for another 15 minutes. Rotate the tray in the oven after 10 minutes of baking to get even browning.

Notes
Please keep in mind that all oven temperatures and baking time varies.
Watch carefully towards (1-2 minutes) the end of baking so the cookies don’t burn.
