Almond Crisp 杏仁脆片
You’ll definitely be happy to make this easy and delicious Almond Crisp with leftover egg whites. Only takes you about 10 minutes to prepare and combine all the ingredients together with a hand whisk and spatula. Then spread the batter in a baking tray lined with parchment paper and baking time is about 25 minutes. The Almond Crisp is so fragrant and crispy, totally addictive! Almond Crisp
Ingredients
- 60 g egg whites - room temp
- 35 g melted butter
- 35 g icing sugar - sifted
- 15 g plain flour
- 200 g almond flakes
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine egg white, sugar and melted butter together till sugar dissolved. Then add flour and mix well to smooth.
- Lastly add in almond flakes and gently fold well with a rubber spatula.
- Pour almond mixture on a 14 x 11 tray lined with parchment paper and spread it out. Then put on a rubber hand glove and spread out almond mixture evenly.
- Bake in preheated oven 160 degrees C for 10 minutes to set. Remove from oven and cut to square size with a pizza cutter.
- Return tray to oven and continue to bake for another 15 minutes. Rotate the tray in the oven after 10 minutes of baking to get even browning.

Notes
- Please keep in mind that all oven temperatures and baking time varies.
- Watch carefully towards (1-2 minutes) the end of baking so the cookies don’t burn.

- 材料:
- 60克 蛋白, 常温
- 35克 融化牛油
- 35克 糖粉, 过筛
- 15克 中筋面粉, 过筛
- 200克 杏仁片
- 做法:
- 碗中将蛋白, 糖粉及融化牛油搅拌均匀至糖粉融化. 然后拌入面粉再混均匀至顺滑.
- 最后加入杏仁片, 用刮刀轻拌均匀即可.
- 将杏仁片混合物倒在一个14×11寸烤盘上, 底部铺上油纸, 用刮刀推开杏仁片. 然后戴上手套再轻轻把杏仁铺平.
- 送入预热烤箱至160度烘烤10分钟定型. 从烤箱取出, 用比萨刀切成小方块.
- 再把杏仁片放进烤箱烤15分钟. 途中(10分钟后)将烤盘回转一下, 这样烤出来的杏仁片会比较均匀上色.
- 杏仁片待凉后放入密封罐保存。
- 烤箱温度和烘烤时间务必根据自家烤箱来定
- 要注意最后1-2分钟避免杏仁片烤过度变焦黑
