Soup Dumpling 汤水饺
This Soup Dumpling is delicious and quick to make. The process is faster without folding and pleating. Just pile up the meat mixture and dumpling skin in a ramekin or bowl with 2 tablespoons of chicken broth. Then steam it for about 15 minutes and serve hot immediately. Enjoy!

Soup Dumpling
Ingredients
- 500 g minced pork with fats
- 150 g Chinese chives or spring onion - cut fine
- 2 tbsp corn oil
- 2 pkt dumpling skin
Seasoning
- 1 tsp minced ginger
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1.5 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1.5 tbsp sesame oil
- 1.5 tbsp cooking wine - hua tiao jiu
- 1 tsp chicken powder
- 1 tsp salt
- dash of pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, minced pork mix well with seasoning. Add Chinese chive and corn oil, mix well again.
- Grease some oil at the bottom of a bowl or ramekin. Wet dumpling skin with some water and place it in the bowl, followed by a layer of meat mixture and dumpling skin. Then again repeat with meat mixture and another dumpling skin on top. Total 3 dumpling skins and 2 layer of meat mixture. Lastly add 2 tablespoons of chicken broth (Swanson brand) over the dumpling.
- Steam at high heat for about 15 minutes. Serve hot immediately with chilli oil and spring onion as topping. Enjoy!

- 汤水饺 Soup Dumpling
- 这款汤水饺真的太容易做又非常好吃! 无须花时间包饺子, 只要把肉馅和水饺皮一层一层的叠就可以拿去蒸了. 然后淋上一点辣椒油和葱花即可享用!
- 材料:
- 500克 肉碎 (肉末), 五花肉
- 150克 韭菜或青葱, 切小段
- 2汤匙 玉米油
- 2包 水饺皮
- 鸡汤
- 调味料
- 1茶匙 姜末
- 1茶匙 蒜末
- 1.5汤匙 蚝油
- 1.5汤匙 麻油
- 1.5汤匙 花雕酒
- 1茶匙 鸡精粉
- 1茶匙 盐
- 胡椒粉, 适量
- 做法
- 将肉末和调味料搅拌均匀. 加入韭菜和玉米油, 再拌均匀.
- 小碗或烤皿中抹上少许油. 水饺皮沾上少许水, 然后放入碗里, 加上肉馅, 再盖上水饺皮和 肉馅, 最上层水饺皮. 一共3片水饺皮和2层肉馅. 最后淋上2汤匙鸡汤(Swanson 牌).
- 放入蒸笼大火蒸15分钟. 取出淋上辣椒油, 撒上葱花即可享用.
- 如有剩下的肉馅可以包成锅贴, 煎一煎也不错吃~
