This Soup Dumpling is delicious and quick to make. The process is faster without folding and pleating. Only need to steam it for about 15 minutes and serve hot immediately. Enjoy!

Ingredients
500gminced pork with fats
150gChinese chives or spring onion - cut fine
2tbspcorn oil
2pktdumpling skin
Seasoning
1tspminced ginger
1tspminced garlic
1.5tbspoyster sauce
1.5tbspsesame oil
1.5tbspcooking wine - hua tiao jiu
1tspchicken powder
1tspsalt
dash of pepper
Instructions
In a bowl, minced pork mix well with seasoning. Add Chinese chive and corn oil, mix well again.
Grease some oil at the bottom of a bowl or ramekin. Wet dumpling skin with some water and place it in the bowl, followed by a layer of meat mixture and dumpling skin. Then again repeat with meat mixture and another dumpling skin on top. Total 3 dumpling skins and 2 layer of meat mixture. Lastly add 2 tablespoons of chicken broth (Swanson brand) over the dumpling.
Steam at high heat for about 15 minutes. Serve hot immediately with chilli oil and spring onion as topping. Enjoy!
Notes
If you cannot finish up the meat mixture for soup dumpling, can use the leftover to wrap as Guo Tie (potstickers) and pan fry.
