Ingredients
350gmango
550gfresh milk
60gcaster sugar
20ggelatin powder - soak with 1.5 tbsp water
Instructions
Cut mango into pieces and blend to fine.
Pour milk and sugar together into pot under low heat and bring to light boil till sugar dissolved. Add soaked gelatin and stir till melted. Off heat and add mango puree, stir mixture well.
Pour mango mixture into serving cups till 90 percent full. Chill in refrigerator till set for at least 4 hours.
Lastly, cut half of the mango and puree to fine with 1/2 tablespoon of lemon juice. Cut another half of the mango to cubes. Spoon some mango puree and mango cubes on top of pudding before serving.
