Easy Mango Pudding 简易芒果布丁
This Easy Mango Pudding is another refreshing cooling dessert to beat the hot and humid weather. Again it’s super easy to make this smooth and yummy pudding in a relatively short time. Especially for busy mom or lazy people like me. Great to serve as an after meal dessert.

Easy Mango Pudding
Ingredients
- 350 g mango
- 550 g fresh milk
- 60 g caster sugar
- 20 g gelatin powder - soak with 1.5 tbsp water
Instructions
- Cut mango into pieces and blend to fine.
- Pour milk and sugar together into pot under low heat and bring to light boil till sugar dissolved. Add soaked gelatin and stir till melted. Off heat and add mango puree, stir mixture well.
- Pour mango mixture into serving cups till 90 percent full. Chill in refrigerator till set for at least 4 hours.
- Lastly, cut half of the mango and puree to fine with 1/2 tablespoon of lemon juice. Cut another half of the mango to cubes. Spoon some mango puree and mango cubes on top of pudding before serving.
- 350克 芒果
- 550克 牛奶
- 60克 白砂糖
- 20克 鱼胶粉(吉利丁粉),+ 1.5汤匙水,浸泡
- 将芒果肉切块状,然后打成泥.
- 牛奶和砂糖放入锅中,小火至微滚.放入泡好的鱼胶粉,继续搅拌至融化, 熄火. 加入芒果泥, 搅拌均匀即可.
- 然后分配到杯子里9分满。送入冰箱冷藏约一4小时至凝固。
- 最后将半个芒果肉和半汤匙柠檬汁打成泥,剩下的另一半芒果肉切丁。在芒果布丁上舀入适量的芒果泥和果肉即可品尝。
