Well blended with lemon grass flavour and they were slightly spicy and with a bit of crispy garlic. A wonderful dish to add on to the dining table

Ingredients
400glarge or medium prawns - clean, pat dry with kitchen towel,season with a dash of salt and pepper
2clovegarlic - peeled and sliced
1stalklemon grass - sliced the white part
2fresh red chillies - cut finely
some corn starch - for dusting
Seasoning (mix well)
1tbspoyster sauce
3/4tbspsoya sauce
2tbsptomato ketchup
2tspcaster sugar
50mlwater
Instructions
Coat prawns with some cornstarch and shallow fry until golden brown. Dish up and set aside.
Add some oil in heated pan. Add garlic, lemon grass and chillies in pan and fry till aroma. Pour in seasoning and bring to boil. Add prawns and stir fry until well mixed and sauce almost dries up. Dish up and serve immediately.
