Ingredients
250gminced pork with some fats (ground pork)
2-3pcsfresh shiitake mushroom
Seasoning
1tsplight soya sauce
1tbspoyster sauce
2tspsesame oil
1/2tspsalt
1.5tspsugar
dash of pepper
2tbspwater
1.5tbspcorn starch
1tbspcorn oil
Instructions
Remove mushroom stem. Clean mushroom with a damp kitchen paper and cut into small cubes.
Place minced pork and mushroom in a bowl together with the seasoning except corn oil. Mix pork mixture in one direction until mixture becomes sticky and add corn oil last, mix well again. Then put mixture patty on steaming plate and flatten out.
Steam pork patty under boiling water for about 12 minutes. Garnish with some spring onion and serve immediately with hot rice.
