Steamed Pork Patty with Mushroom 蒸香菇肉饼
Steamed Pork Patty with Mushroom is a classic traditional Cantonese homemade dish. It’s a homey comfort food for the whole family to enjoy. This simple and delicious savory steaming quick dish, is tender and juicy and best to serve with hot rice.

Steamed Pork Patty with Mushroom
Ingredients
- 250 g minced pork with some fats (ground pork)
- 2-3 pcs fresh shiitake mushroom
Seasoning
- 1 tsp light soya sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1.5 tsp sugar
- dash of pepper
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp corn starch
- 1 tbsp corn oil
Instructions
- Remove mushroom stem. Clean mushroom with a damp kitchen paper and cut into small cubes.
- Place minced pork and mushroom in a bowl together with the seasoning except corn oil. Mix pork mixture in one direction until mixture becomes sticky and add corn oil last, mix well again. Then put mixture patty on steaming plate and flatten out.
- Steam pork patty under boiling water for about 12 minutes. Garnish with some spring onion and serve immediately with hot rice.

- 材料:
- 250克 肉碎(绞肉) 带点油更好
- 2-3朵 鲜香菇
- 调味料
- 1茶匙 酱青
- 1汤匙 蚝油
- 2茶匙 麻油
- 1/2茶匙 盐
- 1.5茶匙 白砂糖
- 胡椒粉, 适量
- 1汤匙 水
- 1汤匙 玉米淀粉
- 1汤匙 玉米油
- 做法
- 鲜香菇取缔, 厨房纸沾一点水把鲜香菇擦净. 然后切成小丁状.
- 将肉碎和香菇放入碗中及调味料(油后放)顺一个方向直到猪肉起胶. 最后才加入玉米油, 再半匀即可. 然后铺平在碟子上.
- 水开后上锅大火蒸约12分钟就可以出锅了. 最后撒上葱花即可享用.
