Instructions
Clean pumpkin on the outside and cut off the top. Remove pumpkin seeds with a spoon. Then steam for 15 minutes in a steamer.
Break eggs into a cup and gently stir together with milk and sugar, then strain through a sieve.
Pour egg mixture into pumpkins with lids on. Steam at high heat for another 20-30 minutes or egg custard is set.
Serve warm or keep chilled until ready to serve.
