Steamed Pumpkin Pudding 蒸南瓜布丁
This Steamed Pumpkin Pudding is one of the easiest snacks to make with only 4 ingredients without any fuss. It can be served for morning breakfast or at any time of the day. This steamed pumpkin pudding is soft and sweet with the custard-like pudding. You can either serve it warm or keep it chilled until ready to serve.

Steamed Pumpkin Pudding
Ingredients
- 2 mini pumpkins
- 2 eggs
- 130 g fresh milk
- 1 tbsp caster sugar - or to taste
Instructions
- Clean pumpkin on the outside and cut off the top. Remove pumpkin seeds with a spoon. Then steam for 15 minutes in a steamer.
- Break eggs into a cup and gently stir together with milk and sugar, then strain through a sieve.
- Pour egg mixture into pumpkins with lids on. Steam at high heat for another 20-30 minutes or egg custard is set.
- Serve warm or keep chilled until ready to serve.

- 材料:
- 2个 贝贝南瓜
- 2个 全蛋
- 130克 牛奶
- 1汤匙 细砂糖或适量
- 做法:
- 洗净南瓜外层,用刀切开顶部. 用勺子挖出瓜瓤, 然后放入蒸笼蒸15分钟.
- 鸡蛋打入杯中和牛奶及砂糖搅匀, 过滤.
- 倒入蛋奶液, 再蒸20-30分钟或蛋奶液凝固即可.
- 温热或放入冰箱冷藏, 一样好吃!
