20gbutter
100gonion - chopped
4largeprawns - optional
90gcrab sticks - imitation
100gspinach
10pcscherry tomatoes - cut half
3eggs - medium size, 65g egg
150mlfresh milk
50gshredded cheddar cheese or mozzarella cheese
1/2tbspminced garlic
salt and pepper
Instructions
Rinse spinach and drain away access water, then cut into section. Remove prawn shell and deveined. Season with little salt and pepper.
Crack eggs into a bowl or cup, add milk and lightly beaten. Then add cheese and mix well with a pinch of salt and dash of pepper, set aside.
Heat non-stick pan medium low heat and add butter. Then add onion and fry to soft. Add garlic and prawns add spinach, fry for a while. Add crab meat and cherry tomatoes ( I added more tomatoes). Spread mixture into an even layer. Pour in egg mixture to almost full.
Cover pan with lid, turn heat to low and cook for about 8-10 minutes for the pancake to set. Occasionally, lift up lid to release hot air to escape.
