Ingredients
160g spaghetti - or any kind of pasta
30gbacon
40gonion - chopped
30gbutter
60gtomato - cubes, add more if you like
1/2tbspminced garlic
1cantuna in water - drained
1tbspplain flour
500mlfresh milk
Instructions
Cook the pasta in lightly salted water with a little of oil according to the instruction on the package. Drain and set aside.
Lightly fry the bacon without oil but not crisp, dish up onto kitchen paper to absorb excess oil. Then cut bacon to strips and set aside.
Clean pan and heat it up with butter, add onion and sauté for a about 1 minute then add minced garlic and continue to fry well till onion softened.
Sprinkle plain flour over the onion and stir to thicken. Pour in milk, stir well again till boil.
Drop in bacon strips, tomato cubes and tuna, stir well. Then add cooked pasta and stir mixture well at medium heat for a few more minutes. (**add a little more milk if the sauce is too thick)
Add salt and black pepper to taste and serve immediately.
